A creation for a chef, four musicians and one hundred guests
Culinary Art - Music - Performance
A tray, cutting board, cooking plates, at the sink and the tables and chairs on which the guests will occupy. Let’s get to work! The chef dives into his bourride of small cuttlefish. He cuts, thinly slices, makes the rissoles, and deglazes.
The public is emerged into the scenography and the sound; the chef and musicians work together under the eyes of guests whose noses and ears will be widely opened. The music of the kitchen and the cooking of the music, The Temptation of Octopuses awakens all our senses. At the end, the chef and musicians will be seated with the guests and everyone will enjoy a grand feast!
The Temptation of Octopuses, created for a chef, four musicians and one hundred guests, is literally a hybrid of music, cooking, the art of taste and a visual performance. It allows the senses of the audience and the performers to gather in the same space, inviting them to have a unique social and artistic experience. The Temptation of Octopuses aims to create a contemporary communion between the arts and the individual. It is also a manifestation of hospitality. Let us hope that the gratitude experienced will have a universal taste.
